I am taking Prabhakar vati 1 pill everyday for angina. Please suggest some medicine. 42years male.

Only do Yoga pranayama excercise 1/2 hours daily and some specific lifestyle changes. If you don't have any disease like hypertension or cardiovascular risks then you don't want any medicine.

There is specific medicine for it.. Do consult.. Also do moderate exercise and drink lots of water. Wake up early In morning. Sleep early at night..reduce quantity of food intake.. Consult for more info

Sir First you need to do exercise. Because only that will reduce triglycerides. Other than that you can have triphala guggulu/ aloe juice
