"Raised cholesterol/ratio needs attention but with timely diet & lifestyle changes it can be managed well. Avoid fried, oily, junk foods. Include more vegetables, whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits (apple, papaya, berries, pomegranate), garlic, flax seeds & nuts in moderation. Ayurveda medicines & lifestyle correction help control cholesterol naturally. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan."
Your report indicates that cholesterol levels are slightly above the borderline, which is not immediately dangerous but does require attention. To manage this effectively, it is important to maintain a proper diet and regular exercise. For best results, consulting both an Ayurvedic physician and a dietician for a personalized treatment plan under professional guidance is recommended. The focus should be on avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats, such as red and processed meats, full-fat dairy, butter, ghee, fried fast foods, packaged snacks, and bakery products, while also limiting refined carbohydrates, sugary foods, alcohol, and processed meals. Instead, adopting a diet rich in whole, plant-based, fiber-rich, and heart-healthy foods will support optimal cholesterol management.
