High Triglycerides
My triglycerides level is high at 524, please advise some remedy to control them. My cholesterol level is under control at 178 but HDL is little low at 31.

Reduce weight. Stop oily food immediately. Go for long walks and do exercise regularly.

The main way to deal with high triglycerides is to eat better and get more exercise. Modify your diets , Strictly avoid alcohol. Workout to loose your extra pounds, limit sugar intake, eat low fat diet ,you can have fish which have omega 3 fatty acids in diet like salmon
