As I can see your triglycerides level is high and having high triglycerides can raise your chances of developing heart disease, diabetes,and also problems with liver. This is the life style disorders so you have to change your lifestyle a bit
To help lower these levels we recommend eating more fruits, salad, vegetables, whole grains etc. Try to avoid sugary drinks, desserts, food with unhealthy fats. Do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, can also lowers triglycerides level. If lifestyle change is not enough we might suggest medication.
Avoid oily food, junk food, sugar also.Do regular exercise and it will help definitely. One more thing you can do that to take 150- 200ml freshly prepared bottle guard juice. It will also help to lower the triglycerides level. Do not take more than 200 ml either way. It may cause bloating, stop taking juice, if you feel bloated.
