High triglycerides is just like a tip of the iceberg in an ocean. So taking any formulations just based on the levels of triglycerides is not the correct way of approaching the disease. High triglycerides could be due to various reasons like week liver, excessive carbs in diet, insulin resistance, weak thyroid function etc. The best solution to It is to address the root cause with HAIP DIET based on the anti-inflammatory principles of Ayurveda which will aid in correcting organ functions and insulin resistance.  Also practice the rebalancing techniques mentioned in HAIP DIET which will help you to create a balance between mind and body,  imbalance of which is one of the root cause of diseases.
