TRIGLYCERIDES 235 IN FASTING
Hi ... Myself doing bank job since 10 years. Recently I tested for body chek up. In that Hba1c - 6.2 Vit D3- 19 Total cholesterol - 150 LDL- 70 HDL - 34 TRIGLYCERIDES - 235 in 12 hours fasting. 1. Can I use my cooking oil ( sun flower oil) daily as usual? 2. How can I control my diet? 3. Is ghee preferable than oils? Kindly advice me in regular diet. Thanks in advance 🙏

Hello Hope you are doing well First of all please take supplements for vitamin D as it is very low and you will have increased cholesterol due to this reason Hdl is low so please take omega 3 and omega 6 rich source Like walnuts , green leafy vegetables, mustard oil

Hello! You can use olive oil,coconut oil,sunflower oil (1-2 teaspoon per day only). Eat lots of salad,restrict your carbohydrate(replace wheat with oats). Exercise,and eat your dinner early. Stay blessed. Thsnkyou!

Hi, Generally speaking cut down on high salt, high sugar & high fats. Limit all processed preserved, packaged & outside food. Oils are more or less same. Moderation is the key. You are prediabetic with vitamin D  deficiency and dislipidemia. About your  questions 1. You can use sunflower oil along with  other oils in rotation. 2. Eat well balanced diet. 3. Ghee is saturated fat and is not preferable option than oils.
