Sir i have grade 1 tear ligament injury. And sprain in acl and pcl. Should i go for surgery or is there any other treatment ?

Hello, As u telling that u have grade 1 tear then no need of surgery as it is not a complete rupture. So give rest to ur knee joint. Avoid any sternous activity. Also consult to the physiotherapist near by.
