Hello ,
Need to rule out cause of toothache and sensitivity clinically.
Toothache is due to infection and sensitivity may due to bad brushing technique.
If there is no mobility associated with severe tooth ache then go for root canal treatement with crown and save the tooth ..

Visit to your nearest dentist for clinical evualtion , get xray done come to the proper diagnosis and start treatment ASAP .

If the tooth pain is affecting your eye and head then the infection is in advanced stage.
RCT or extraction may be required.
