visit your dentist immediately , any house hold measures will only relieve the tooth pain for a while but not permanently. the tooth can be treated by root canal treatment or if it is in bad state it may have to go for extraction. tooth pain is always radiating, if there is pain in one tooth, it will radiate to another.so don't worry get that particular tooth treated first.

You have already ignored the problem for a pretty long time and you should not delay the treatment for the Before any Irreversible damage happens and the tooth goes beyond repair and requires extraction. Medications do not cure any dental problem and can only provide temporary symptomatic relief and permanent relief cannot be expected until the objective treatment is done by the dentist. Please get yourself evaluated as soon as possible for the right diagnosis so that the right treatment options can be explained to you. Regards.
