Toothache and gums are paining
Gums are paining very much and cheaks are paining continuously. From 3 days i am taking the medicine but no change at all.

Gum pain is either tooth related or you may be having some periodontal problem or some food product must have lacerated the gums ,etc if only gums are paining then you need to apply some antibiotic ointment on the gums.. The best judge will be your Dentist to identify the root cause of the pain.

I need to know what medicines you are taking?? U need to take antibiotics and pain killers...but visit a dentist so he/she can assess your condition clinically There must be some infection in teeth or gums

It’s unusual to have so much pain in the gums and cheek. Kindly visit a dentist, preferably a periodontist for gum problems, which you will be easily able to find on practo. I am a Periodontist myself.

You need to see a dentist. The problem needs to be identified and treated. In Mumbai care is easily available so visit a dentist. No reason to suffer in pain.
