Gum pain is either tooth related or you may be having some periodontal problem or some food product must have lacerated the gums ,etc
if only gums are paining then you need to apply some antibiotic ointment on the gums.. The best judge will be your Dentist to identify the root cause of the pain.
I need to know what medicines you are taking?? U need to take antibiotics and pain killers...but visit a dentist so he/she can assess your condition clinically

It’s unusual to have so much pain in the gums and cheek. Kindly visit a dentist, preferably a periodontist for gum problems, which you will be easily able to find on practo. I am a Periodontist myself.
