Hi. General anesthesia is not required. Go under local anesthesia. You can save around 15k. Regards

There is always a small risk involved with general anaesthesia to life.  Why go with general anaesthesia when local is better and safer.  Cost would be between 12 to 15000.  Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre anytime. God bless u always.

If by anaesthesia you mean general anaesthesia, then definitely it is not recommended for procedures like tooth extractions, however complex they are....at the same time, 4 wisdom teeth extractions in the same sitting is also not recommended..... it is better to go for multiple sittings, giving priority to the tooth that is causing discomfort first.... it will take some time and a few sittings but morbidity will be minimum...... Regards......

Hello may i ask if the patient is having any problem in that area as to with wht problem u visited the dentist..if the patient has problem in that area..specially the lower ones then get it removed now or else you can wait for sometime ..upper wisdom tooth does not have space to erupt so it has to be taken out immediately..and that can be done under local anesthesia..infact all extractions can be done under local anesthesia..as for the lower premolar we need to examine clinically whether it is visible in the oral cavity or not..depending on its position consult an orthodontist..whether extraction would be a good choice or whether we can bring it to position with braces..tc ..
