Tooth pain (with head ache sometimes)
It's been paining since 2 days , can't chew, very difficult to eat , I think there is a cavity for this lower last tooth, a small pore is present in the middle. I don't have wisdom tooth

Clinically the tooth being pointed seems to have a cavity,not very clear? Since as per your history wisdom tooh is not present clinically ,chances of impaction (TOOTH PRESENT BUT NOT ERUPTED DUE TO LACK OF SPACE)are there,and it could be a source of pain.so an IOPAR OR OPG Xray is advised.
For the time being take some good analgesic/painkiller;do warm saline rinsing 2_4 times a day
Follow good oral hygiene and avoid chewing on that side till the pain subsides. Visit your dentist as soon as possible,TAKE CARE!

Ur condition need to be examined clinically..as pic is not clear...may be coz of many reasons cant tell until examination...

There can be a crevico-proximal caries of clinically visible tooth or impacted wisdom tooth which is the source of pain.NONE OF WHICH CAN BE MADE SURE FROM THIS PICTURE.
T. KeTorol -DT(7painkiller), according to neccessity,maximum 3 times a day, after food.
T. Famtac 20,once before food in every 24 hrs. (along with Pain killer) .
Visiting dentist is a must asap.

T. Mox CV, THREE TIMES A DAY, ToTAL 10 tablets. After food.

Good evening
I would suggest you to take the following medicines
1.Tab Augmentine 625mg-thrice daily after food for 5 days
2.Tab Ketorol dt -40mg-thrice daily after food for 5 day
3.Tab Pan-40mg-once daily before breakfast
4.Do Flossing of teeth with dental floss,interdental brush in between the teeth in order to keep that area clean.Accumulation of food will increase your pain.

The picture is not clear but still no deep cavity seen.. You are having pain may be due to unerupted wisdom tooth which can be confirmed with x ray

avoid hot and hard food.. also avoid chewing on that side.. gargle wth warm salt water and keep that area clean

According to the picture pain may be due to unerupted wisdom tooth, take tab. Enzo flam twice a day for 3days, if pain not subsided then visit a dentist, do warm water gargles, keep the area clean , maintain hygiene, chew from the other side.

Pain will subside with pain killer but exact cause of pain should be known.

Let’s start with no hot fermentation (coffee or Tea)
Everything room temperature
Gargle frequently with mouth wash
And
Don’t chew on that tooth
Combiflam thrice daily for 5 days
If pain persist
Let’s take Antibiotics
Augmentin 625 mg twice x5 days
Pan D 40 twice empty stomach.

Take combiflam tab for 5 days after meals. Avoid hard foodstuffs. Center of the tooth doesnt seem bad but if pain persists xray would be required.

Probably your infection has gone deeper and tooth nerves have got inflamed. A dental x ray needs to be done and root canal treatment (RCT) might be required. For the time being, you can take an analgesic Tab Ketorol DT thrice a day, Tab Augmentin 625 mg twice a day, Tab Pantop 40 mg once a day empty stomach. All medicines for 5 days. If pain still doesnt subside, you need an emergency dentist visit.

The picture that you have attached is unclear. What I assume is that you have pain in your unerupted wisdom tooth.
Though it can be clear only by taking an XRay.
