The image is not clear. The pain may be due to several reasons. You can consult the nearby dentist and get an x-ray done of that tooth to check if the rct is fine or not, it will give you better diagnosis that you need a re rct or not. Other reasons could be the pain sometimes is referred, that is  maybe the adjacent tooth is having some problem that can also be diagnosed by X-ray.
