Hello sir...
your history seems you have cavity..
Get X _ray (IOPA) done of the involved tooth to rule out of the extent of caries....
Depending on the depth of caries , treatment should be made..
If the caries is shallow, then simple filling should be done...
If it is deep, then Root canal treatment should be made....
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur conaultation and management
Mostly seems like a cavity.
Since you are already experiencing pain the tooth will have to undergo a root canal treatment.
If it is the third molar ( wisdom teeth) it's better to get it removed.
Next Steps
visit a dentist. x-ray may be recommended if needed. The dentist will decide the treatment plan then
Health Tips
keep your mouth clean.
rinse every time you eat

Luke warm salt water gaurgle will give temporary pain relief.

Hello sir,
It seems you are having a cavity, you need to visit your dentist to check its extent...with the help of xrays we would be able to know its depth and extent and accordingly treatment would be planned.
It would be either requiring a filling or a root canal treatment.
Next Steps
Consult your dentist for Examination and Treatment.
Health Tips
Avoid chewing from right side till the time you see your dentist.
