A picture will help assessing it better ,it might be a cavity which require treatment ,medication will give temporary relief
For now take the medication prescribed.

Tab Augmentin 625mg BD
Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS
Tab Diclomol BD
Tab Pan 40 OD
Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain)
Take all for 5 days
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as clinical and radiographical examination will give exact treatment plan
It may be either removal of the affected tooth or RCT (root canal treatment)
