Dear Patient, The black dot you are referring to can be the initiation of a cavity(pit). You can get this corrected by filling it with a tooth colored filling. No home remedy can help you in this. Regards...

Hi dear, hmm nice query.. :) That black spot you are worried about, may be just a spot (stain) or may be a cavity. It can better examine by a person who has better knowledge on dental care, like dentist. He will examine and let you know the solution. Its better to consult a dentist. As you want that spot to vanish without going to dentist, then you can do proper brushing twice daily for 2 weeks and if it doesn't vanish, kindly consult dentist.. Take care. You would need to visit a dentist for the cavity and have an X Ray taken to determine how deep the cavity is. A mild cavity would require very little intervention! So the sooner the better.. Have a biting fit day!

The tooth enamel is probably the only tissue of the body that does not show healing ..... there is no home remedy for the problem that you have mentioned..... you will definitely be requiring a visit to the dentist for the correction of this problem, because neither will the cavity heal itself nor is it going to be a static thing..... it is a progressive problem which will continue to widen and deepen with time although the rate of progression might vary.... Regards.....

The black spot your seeing could be an early stage of decay .It is not possible to vanish your decay. It needs to be filled with either amalgam (silver ) /white (composite)filling. After the filling you need to maintain your oral hygiene by brushing twice daily.
