Black lines on molar
I can see black and dark brown line in the groves of the molar specially 2nd molar of both the sides is it a cavity or just stains . I have attached the x rays .

Hi! Your OPG looks normal! If you think that food is getting stuck in those teeth or you feel there is a pit there, please get it filled so that it does not progress.

If there is a cavity there definitely will be food lodgment, which is absent in case of superficial stains. Therefore, if you are feeling any food over that tooth then go for a restoration of the same .
Next Steps
First relate personally by either looking into mirror or checking for food with the help of tooth pick, then visit doctor if any problem felt.

Hi, From the x-ray shared, the tooth is not seem to be showing signs of decay. Visit a dentist to know if the black and brown spots are stains or start of a tooth decay.

Hello! *OPG looks fine nothing to be worried, all the 2nd molars looks normal,but full mouth x ray will not give complete accuracy. *Kindly attach normal pic of the tetth. *If lower thrid molars on either side are hurting get them removed.
