Looks like you have a cavity in your tooth. Please visit a dentist and get treatment as soon as possible. This will not go away on its own or with any medicine or home remedy.

For temporary relief, take a painkiller and do warm salt water gargles. Also there is a product from Colgate called pain out , which you can put on the tooth.

It seems to me it is cavity.
For pain relief you must take analgesics like Ibuprofen. And antibiotics Amoxyclave 625 twice a day for 3 days.
And visit a dentist for cavity filling.
