A molar tooth area is paining with hole. It has been like that for 3 days. The gum area is paining, but with no black carries.

Looks like you have a cavity in your tooth. Please visit a dentist and get treatment as soon as possible. This will not go away on its own or with any medicine or home remedy.
Next Steps
For temporary relief, take a painkiller and do warm salt water gargles. Also there is a product  from Colgate called pain out , which you can put on the tooth.

Hello and welcome To practo.   It seems  to me it is cavity. For pain relief you must take analgesics like Ibuprofen. And antibiotics Amoxyclave  625 twice a day for 3 days. And visit a dentist for cavity filling. Hope it will help you. Regards. Dr Muzaffar.

Looks like u have a cavity in ur teeth,u have to get the treatment done asap,the cavity will not subside on its own or by medication or any home remedy
