Hello, If you are in doubt about the RCT's for the adjacent teeth, kindly consult an Endodontist and get a second opinion. As far as the crowns are concerned we have very good labs and materials available today that can match the shape and colour of you teeth. Please go for second opinion from some other dentist if you are not satisfied with your current dentist.
RCT in 4 or 5 teeth is ok as the main reason dentist  is doing RCT is to preserve the tooth which can not be saved by any other means and otherwise means extraction.
If you are worried for aesthetics then please update your dentist regarding so that a best possible color match for your tooth can be made.

Hi,
I can understand your fear. Its really horrifying to get 3- 4 rcts done. I cannot comment whether you need RCT in those teeth without having a look over them. But there are many ways to avoid RCT in those teeth. I would suggest you to go for conservative options rather than jumping directly on to root canal. You can contact me in You Tooth Clinic, Sec 22 market, Gurgaon for second opinion. Thank you for reading.

If the dentist has suggested RCT it must be for your wellbeing only.  so pl don't get tensed once the complete treatment is done & caps which are made well are put into place I think it will all look normal.
yes if needed it's always OK to get rcts are done.  infact if not done when it is indicated it is not OK.
Hope this helps

Root canal treatment is absolutely safe. Doesn't matter how many number of RCTs one has to undergo over his/ her lifetime. Also before getting the tooth( 15) capped it is always better to get the adjacent teeth treated as it will be much better for you to maintain the treated tooth. If your adjacent teeth are diseased no matter how good work is done there will be food lodgement which will lead to gum problems subsequently leading you to more trouble.

Rct will not make your tooth hollow...filling will be done inside the canal as well from where the infected tissue is removed. So dont worry about that and cap, if good material is choosen and a proper shade selection is done, they will blend with rest of your teeth and will not seem artificial at all.
If your next 2 teeth are symptomatic(pain or obivous decay), and the doctor has taken a xray and shown and explained that root canal is needed...you can go ahead with the explained treatment plan.
