Tooth ache
The lower first molar has constant shooting pain near d cheek n ears which looks swollen now, desntist found no infection or cavity wen X-ray was taken but instead d doctor found the cavity on top second molar n did filling subsequently d pain has not reduced for past 48 hours, I hav been taking augmentin 625 n diclomol pain killer, pls suggest.

Hello , you surely have feeling deep infection to your second molar try avoid eating from sand side

Did he just filled the tooth without doing RCT ? If possible repeat the Intraoral x Ray and post it here on practo app.Looks like u have a tooth cavity which has gone upto the living part of the tooth called nerve if this is so then u may have to take RCT. Meanwhile continue the medicine and do the warm salt water gargles.
