Tooth ache
I m having tooth ache from past 2 day ,lower right molar in the end have cavity also ,i was on medication from past 2 day but it doesn't effect two much in pain .Ronemox 500,Microfast mr,Ometal 20,Dexona-these are the medication i m taking ,Suggest something to ease pain for longer time .after sometime i was go for extraction if necessary.but now i feel so much pain cant sleep .

Hello You will not get complete relief with the medication. You definitely have to go for x-ray followed by treatment for complete relief.

You can have Tab. Ketorol SOS after meals. Maximum three tablets in a day. Pl visit a dentist to get an X-ray done. The treatment will depend on your x-ray : root canal or extraction.

See you need to know that if you dont remove your etiology ie (the reason behind your pain) treated you will not get relief medicines are of no use get your treatment of that teeth done either go for rct or extraction which dr will decide after doing your xray which thing is best for you in long run
