My mother aging 60, is experiencing toothache on the right side of lower jaw from 2 days it doesn't look swollen neither the teeth seem to be broken although there's a hole on the upper side of teeth right above the spot where pain is occuring. She already took a pain killer (zerodal sp) and on gargals right after every meal yet the pain isn't receding . Pls help.

Hi.. As described by you , I can assume that there can be cavity , due to which pain is increasing. & She will have food lodgement there & pain will increase. So you should get dental checkup & treatment done.
