Having tooth ache sometimes when you have cold water... Tooth may be decayed.
Skin attached to the teeth.... Wisdom teeth may be impacted.
Please check the position of the wisdom teeth, and extraction is suggested,if it's a wisdom tooth. Because of the position of the wisdom tooth there is a chance that adjacent teeth may get decayed bcoz of inability to maintain hygiene in that area.
If the adjacent tooth or any other teeth are involved please proceed according to the xray findings.
Next Steps
Please don't bite something hard from that side. Rinse every time you eat.
Please get an Xray done for the teeth.
I think you are talking about your wisdom tooth which is erupting or it is not erupted properly, and the opposing tooth would have injured the skin/mucosa covering it. You need to be assessed by the dentist both clinically and using X ray for a permanent solution.
If it's the same problem as described above, for temporary relief, you can have the dentist grind your upper wisdom tooth and may be you will need painkillers and antibiotics.
Next Steps
Please visit your dentist now..
Health Tips
Avoid chewing any hard food substances for the time being and gargle warm water and salt solution 3-4 times. You can also apply Dologel CT gel over the affected part of the skin for temporary relief.
Hello,
If possible please share the photograph of that teeth so as to get better clinical view. I will suggest please visit a dentist soon if you are having so much pain.
Pain on eating cold food is sensitivity.
Health Tips
You can use thermoseal RA toothpaste for sensitivity. But if the issue does not get resolved in 2 week consult a dentist immediately.
It might be a wisdom tooth pain which is semierupted and caused proximal cavity in adjacent tooth which is sensitive to cold You should consult a dentist
