Tooth ache..thinks it's cavity problem
I have cavity and tooth is aching..and my right side of face has bck numb..I can feel pain.not able to chew anything.

It does look like you have a deep cavity which is causing the pain. Please visit a dentist nearby and he will take an x ray and advice if the tooth can be saved or not.  If the tooth can be saved a root canal treatment followed by a crown ( cap)  is advised Otherwise extraction and tooth re placement is the only option we are left with
