Dear practo user Sometimes jaw swelling occurs without toothche. Maintain oral hygiene., do gargle with warm  water. If any history of diabetes then need antibiotics course too. Can share details though chat box for definite diagnosis and treatment planning.

Please give intramural pictures ...till that ...avoid sticky , hard and spicy food. Try to take soft diet in food.
