Milk and curd you can have but please don't eat 6 eggs it's not good for your health.
Don't eat more than 2 eggs, still better if you eat on alternate days.
Dals, lentils, pulses, seeds and nuts are good sources of protein. You can have fish if non vegetarian.
If overweight than focus on losing weight.

You can try protein from other sources as well like dals,nuts also.
You can have egg whites,but 6 yolks a day can be unhealthy for your health.

Gud morning pls try to have 2 to 3eggs in a day, milk in limitation 1glass only, 1cup of yoghurt along with that try to add on healthy carbs, healthy fats as well as fiber rich foods into your diet.
