Hi Milk and curd you can have but please don't eat 6 eggs it's not good for your health. Don't eat more than 2 eggs, still better if you eat on alternate days. Dals, lentils, pulses, seeds and nuts are good sources of protein. You can have fish if non vegetarian. If overweight than focus on losing weight.

Hello! You can try protein from other sources as well like dals, nuts also. You can have egg whites, but 6 yolks a day can be unhealthy for your health. Stay blessed. Thankyou!
