Dear the information you have given is less for a good medical opinion. Would suggest you take Homoeopathy as it treats underlying causes for symptom presentation. It is safe and effective.
Next Steps
Please consult over phone for detailed case history for right prescription

Hi In honest opinion, this much information is far too less to give you the answers you need for yourself. Anger can be an outcome of any number of internal conflicts a person faces, or even physiological or hormonal imbalances. I appreciate your need to do something about it and understand your frustration. Good news is you don't have to remain upset over it. It can be explored with a therapist over some sessions, to allow resolution of the internal conflicts and cause healing to yourself. In most likelihood, if you are angry, you are likely hurting. So healing that primary source would help you far better than only learning some simple tricks of controlling your anger which doesn't work in long term and for deeper issues.
Next Steps
if you really want to get some answers and change what's happeninh, consider entering therapy. start your sessions. once every week if not possible for you to do them twice a week. but take out that one hour a week for yourself to work this out. your therapist can suggest you if you simultaneously need to talk to consult a psychiatrist too to be put on medication that can help you. so drop a message to me or any other therapist of your choice and start your sessions.
