Hello doc...am.hvng cold since 3 days days ...I hv taken azithromycin and paracetamol 5 mg but nt sub siding...continuous nasal flow due to that i cant even sleep feeling v discomfort ...also I m hvng tonsilities also ...plz suggest me good medicines thanking you.
