Tonsils,headache
Hello doc...am.hvng cold since 3 days  days ...I hv taken azithromycin  and paracetamol 5 mg but nt sub siding...continuous nasal flow  due to that i cant even sleep feeling v discomfort ...also I m  hvng tonsilities also ...plz suggest me good medicines thanking you.

u should have azithromycin 250 twice daily dolo650 thrice do warm water with salth gargles twice steam inhalation twice have ginger tea with honey it will take 7days to recover

You are already on antibiotics.simply add steam inhalation and cetrizine for relief from nasal symptoms

Tonsillitis have two type of treatment one is medical and other surgical Usually all tonsillitis  improve with medication like antibiotics amoxyclav 625 mg TID x 5days Use saline gargle atleast 5time a day or Betadine solution for gargles 5ml solution in 1glass water gargles atleast 3time a day Gargles important .. sometimes gargles only required Use one antihistamine also bed time
