I am having severe sore throat, weajness , change in voice with high grade fever, please let me know is it tonsilitis or pharyngitis or covid or just cold and flu? Can you please suggest some medicine to relieve this sore throat

It could be tonsillitis or pharyngitis either bacterial or due to flu urti.As you have hoarseness of voice ,you should consult with a general physician in your area for clinical examination and to diagnose.You can use warm water with salt and betadine gargling couple of times to reduce the discomfort , paracetamol 650 mg as needed to relieve the pain and fever.

Tonsillitis is more common in children although adults can also have it .
If the pain is more please consult an ENT doctor so they can examine u and confirm ur disease
