TIREDNESS in morning
After breakfast again feeling sleepy. Why this is happening even after taking 7hrs sleep.. No health issues Vitamin D is very low so I'm taking medicine once a week suggest by doctor apart from that no health issues

Check ur vit b12 levels and fasting tsh profile. Also u need to cut down on carbohydrates and do exercise (40 min brisk walk for atleast 5 days a week).....majntain hydration...8 glasses of water daily

If you are getting 7 hrs of sleep , it should be sound, there should be no delay in initiation and you should not be waking up in between >1 time. Also, if you have a habit of snoring you may feel sleepy. Try to cut down on carbs, reduce weight by 10 percent in the next 6 months. For further assistance/queries. Consult
