Tiredness and weakness

I am having problem of extreme weakness and tiredness all the day .
I have gone through one article from Dr Tamoy Bose and feel symptoms lie that only . At the age of 34 years I am feel I am having no energy specially when I go back from work and even morning time I have no energy .
Please suggest solution.
