Left side under Tourniquet control 10 cm anterolateral incision given, fracture site exposed. 2 hold lateral plate held and distal an proximal locking done with screws three each side and one oblique screws. Medial side 8 holed medial plate held proximal and distal contigu done with 3 screws each side and one oblique screws was given wound closed in layers. Patient withstood well
