Thyroid tests and medication
My thyroid level was 7.5 two years ago. I have been taking Thyronorm 50 mcg since then. It gradually came down. I tested today ( 12/4/2023 ) the TSH is 2.2. Should I continue to take the same dose or reduce it to 25 mcg. Please advise. Thanks.

Next Steps
According to your test report your TSH level is normal now so you can decrease the dose of medicine as 25 mcg 1 time per day for 1 month before food. Do test again Thyroid profile and if again TSH normal then you can also decrease the dose as half of previous one . So you can decrease the dose of medicine as fixed amount after test at a particular time of period like 1 month.
