Sir, I am feeling laziness and weight gain since last 2 year..Today I tested for Tyroid profile, and the results was TSH(High 6.670)

If it clinical hypothyroidism , Tablet Eltroxin should be started (in apt dose). In sub clinical hypothyroidism , there are a few indications to start Tablet Eltroxin . Would like to know a few more details in history for proper assessment , before providing an appropriate opinion & further plan of action . TSH level of 6.670 is high ,and if your T3 T4 are normal,this is known as subclinical hypothyroidism.in such cases treatment is initiated if TSH level is more than 10.
if there are risk factor like cardiac disease ,or symptomatic then treatment could be started with lowest dose of elthroxin under physician supervision and strict recheck every 2 months
