Thyroid patient
Hi, I m a thyroid patient but right now my TSH T4 T3 are normal as per the current reports. I m regular for excercise n medication. No junk foods at all, its like once or twice in a month only. But still I'm gaining weight i don't know why ? Anyone can help me with this pls. Within 3 months I've gained 3 kgs n its really too much for me. Pls help.

Avoid goitrogenic products, reduce carbohydrates in u r diet, include​ protein in u r plan eat more fibers.
