Firstly, congratulations.
Previously did u have any thyroid issues? Or is this ur first time with elevated TSH?
Nausea is a most common complaint , but some will have no nausea or morning sickness during pregnancy. No need to be alarmed.
Next Steps
Make sure to follow up with ultrasound and blood tests
Your baby should be fine, starting medication early will help control the thyroid levels. Also its normal not to experience nausea in pregnancy, not everyone has symptoms
Hope the hypothyroid is treated as it definitely affects the fetid in many way . But don’t worry as it’s a very sensitive hormone , as soon as the treatment starts it responds very quickly
Maternal hypothyroidism if not treated may have long term effect on developing brain of fetus and even overall growth of fetus leading to iugr / low weight bady etc
