According to your history of thinking you have   fear of heart attack . Heart attack is generally not occur by only thinking of heart attack . If you do think so much and take stress and Anxiety for long time then it can increase the risk of any disease like diabetes and hypertension and these disease can increase the risk of heart attack but it generally take year to develop any heart disease. If you have no any risk factor like smoking , obesity , any chronic disease in the vital organ like Liver,Kidney and lung and  no Diabetes And do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation then you will not get any heart attack.
