Low dose aspirin 150mg can be given along with sorbitrate sublingual, 10mg atorva orally.
Patient would be monitored for any bleeding and low b.p in hospital.
Low-dose Aspirin (75–150 mg) can be given if indicated. Ecosprin is preferred as its enteric coating reduces gastric irritation compared to plain Aspirin. Sorbitrate is best avoided, as cirrhotic patients often have low blood pressure and may not tolerate vasodilators well.
