Thin cheeks

Hello, my cheeks are thin. I want to avoid this 'pichke gaal' problem . I am not thin , i am fit but i looks thin and tired always due to thin cheeks. I take proper diet including milk,fruits,nuts etc. But still i am facing this problem since 3 years . Please give me suggestion to get chuuby cheeks.

Hi welcome - I advice to have little more sleep 8-10 hours per day, Do not work or awake till mid night or avoid stress, Also, add 1-2 tsf butter on rice,some times ghee on rice, banana, grapes juices are good for you. Most importantly sleep you must increase.

Hello..
Well you need to do some facial exercises which will help you in modifications of the buccal fat...it will take time but then you will see the effect...do not worry about it much..yilou don't have to fee bad about cheeks...thank you
