Thighs and hips fat
I am following a diet plan and walk 8 km every day. But I have not been much successful in losing hip fat in past one month. As it is my problem area as well. Though there are changes in body it remains a problem area.

Hi, With following a good diet plan you need to follow a good cardio exercises like try on zumba, yoga that is esp meant to reduce the lower portion, aerobics and for sure you will achieve your target. All the best.
