Fat on waist hips thigh

I am having waist fat belly fat hips nd thigh not that much but a bit... I am really worried about it. I am on diet taking apple cider vinegar and garcinia Ayurvedic capsules also. SufferiNg from thyroid please suggest me.a good diet as i am a student

Hello,, thyroid problem needs medication ,you get thyroid profile test done and take medications .. It's female pattern of distribution of fat.. Commonly fat gets deposited around hips.. You must work out daily.. Do aerobic exercises ,,cycling ,swimming helps to burn the fat. Have high fiber containing foods . avoid fat and high calorie containing foods.
