I am having thigh pain since the last 3 days. Mostly pains when i lay down and it is not letting me sleep. Painkillers give relief for a few hours

Did you perform any strenuous activity involving the lower limbs in the past 3 days? If there is history of physical trauma to the thigh muscles then there is a good chance that the muscles may be under spasm.

Give the muscles rest, try using a heating pad or hot water bag over the area of pain for half an hour. stretch the painful muscles especially the hamstrings and quadriceps.

It happens dues to stairs climbing and you just hurt your groin area actually/ iilopsos muscle and might be your quadriceps muscle

U r having strain in ur thigh muscles so give rest and use Hot water Fomentation if more than 3 days and also visit to the Manila Physiotherapist
