There is a wound on junction of mouth
Hello sir there is a wound type on the junction of mouth it's from 15 or 20 days .visited ent and taking multivitamin and orasep gel but after 10 days of using medicine it's just some relief not full .How much time it will take to heal complety.Pic was added.

Avoid hot and spicy things.for 15 day .. Warm saline gargle 3.4 times a day . For medication consult through vdo cl Nd just check your upper last teeth is sharp .or pich your mucosa

It can be traumatic ulcer .topical and systemic corticosteroids has to be taken to relieve condition. You can consult through this for prescription of medication .
