Wound on lower lip.
There is small small wound on lower lip has been spread out all over the lower lip as well lef edge. It's started with lef edge of mouth ... Lower lip has swollen. Fever also keep on coming. Earlier we thought it's kind of ulcer so we applied ghee and some lip care. But it's worsen .... Please suggest

hello, it is better to consult a dentist and get it checked, the case needs to be seen clinically before prescribing any medicines. For ulcer, you can add a pinch of baking soda in water and rinse with it. this will give you relief and help in healing of ulcer.

Good Evening. It seems like you have a bacterial infection, most likely an inflamed hair follicle or minor gland. Considering you have fever, you'll most likely need a course of antibiotics. Please see your GP doctor or your dentist. He'll most likely drain it and prescribe you a course of antibiotics and pain killers which should address the pain, swelling and fever within a day or two. Do not apply any balms or heat etc as it'll just make the pain and swelling worse.

It's  viral infection..Topical Antivirals will work out.it can spread to others also.visit an Oral medicine specialist and start with the medicines
