You will require examination at ENT first (to look for the deviated septum) and signs of sinusitis (by nasal endoscopy) , if needed a CT PNS to confirm findings can be done. If visiting a clinic is a concern, kindly do online consult with photographs of nose with raising the tip of nose by finger and good flash focusing on inside of nose
