Tender Gum
She is having issue in her Gum . From past 2.5 month we can observe that a small tender bumps with pus, also can see swelling and pus from that.
Need help here, request you to suggest some good medicine or solution.

U should consult the nearby dentist as the infection in milk teeth may affect the permanent teeth (if that is the case)..for the time ..warm saline rinses is recommended and stolin gum paint for the local application.

Use Stolin gum paint locally thrice daily for week
Do betadine gargles thrice daily for week

Need to get X Ray done of nearby tooth,there might be any cavity which has caused infection and you are seeing that bum

Visit ur dentist whenever it's possible
If she can gargle with warm salt water then do it for 3-4 times & maintain oral hygiene
Use stolin gum paint on affected area

For now you can use Stolin Gum paint for local application on the affected area and consult a dentist when possible. I am not sure but if the child can do warm saline fomentations it will help.
