Teeths regeneration
My teeths aren't growing well, I think it's because of lack of minerals (demineralisation).
There is also yellow plague on my lower teeth.

Hi.. As per your concern if the discoloration is due to plaque/ debris accumulation then it can be removed by professional cleaning. Sometimes yellowish discoloration may be due to dental fluorosis/ enamel defects. If possible post a picture of your teeth.

Stop using glister on regular basis. Use any OTC good brand normal toothpaste. Get professional scaling done twice a year. Post a picture of your dentition here

Visit a dentist to know about the exact reason behind your abnormal growing teeth.Reason behind this might be fluorosis, amelogenesis imperfecta, Hypoplasia….
One round scaling is required to know the exact reason in case your is fully covered with yellow deposits.
