See...In 90% cases , patients don't have idea whether to go for cleaning only or whitening..so you have to visit the nearby dental clinic to know whether cleaning is good for you or whitening is better... secondly teeth whitening is done majorly by 2 methods..teeth bleaching and veneers.. bleaching last for approx 6-7 months upto 1 year..Veneers do great work..average life of veneers is 7-8 years..so choose as per your requirement and budget

Teeth whitening is usually done in dental offices under supervision. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half.
It does not have any untoward effects on your natural teeth. A few patient’s can experience a transient period of sensitivity that subsides eventually.
