Most of my teeth are turning black from the inside. I've been ignoring the condition since I first noticed it around two years ago.
My lower front teeth were the first to be affected and they have this thick, greyish filament at the base.
Of late I've there has been bleeding from the lower gums and a sharp increase in sensitivity.

Going by the description that you have mentioned it seems you have deposits of Calculus On The Teeth which cannot be removed by tooth brushing and are the most common source of gum inflammation. You will require a session of teeth cleaning by procedure called as scaling and it should be done as soon as possible to avoid further damage. A proper clinical evaluation will be required to ascertain whether any teeth have cavities and if so they can be appropriately treated.
Regards.
Hello sir, according to the discription given by you. You seem to have calculus/Tatar on your teeth most commonly seen on lower front teeth, which also causes bleeding gums and bad breath.treatment option would be to get complete cleaning of mouth.
