My teeth is paining intensly in night d right portion coz of teeth ryt side cheek ,ear n head all r paing m nt able to sleep it is from 3to 4 days..wht to do suggest me

Hi mam...   The pain may be from decayed molar teeth or due to wisdom teeth First and foremost x_ray(IOPA) and OPG should be taken to rule out cause... If the swelling nd pain is due to wisdom teeth you need to get it surgically removed followed by analgesics and antibiotics... If it is due to carious lesion  then you need to undergo Root canal treatment of the concerned teeth

Hi...... The concerned tooth will definitely go for RCT( Root Canal Treatment). Continuous severe pain as you are telling indicates that the pulp ( contains nerves) is involved. It means that the infection has reached to the pulp of the tooth. For pain relief you can take some painkiller. But the final solution is RCT of tooth and for that you have to visit a dentist.
