Visit a dentist asap..Only medication will not give you relief. The dentist will examine the tooth clinically and take an x ray to proceed with further treatment..Cleaning your teeth would not reduce the tooth pain but for good oral hygiene cleaning should be done.

Only medicines will not take care of the problem. Medicines along with proper treatment is the only solution to get you out of pain. Our aim should be to reduce the origin of the infection, which is causing the pain. You may require a  root canal treatment( this is just a guess, please see a dentist to get the right treatment) .See a dentist and get the necessary treatment done.
Health Tips
antibiotics and pain-killers will give you temporary relief
